The three villas forming the Hotel Villa San Pio, which were once private dwellings, peer at one another through the leafy branches of the secular pine trees that offer a majestic shade to the pleasant garden, oasis of peace and tranquillity and welcome the guests just like in a private home where an atmosphere of past times lingers. The Hotel Villa San Pio has been granted the title "one of the most romantic hotels of the world" and has been awarded by the prestigious guide "gambero rosso" for the best quality-price ratio, consecutively from 2004 to 2006. 78 rooms have marble bathrooms subdivided in 59 double-rooms, 14 triple-rooms, 4 single-rooms, 1 quadruple-room, 2 single-rooms have disability access, 14 rooms have a balcony or a terrace. Many of the double-rooms have Jacuzzi baths. All rooms have Air-conditioning and heating, Mini-bar, Safe deposit box, hair-dryer, Satellite TV, Internet access and Direct dial telephone.
