Turin Ristorante Consorzio

The idea behind opening Ristorante Consorzio was born out of the desire to create a special place of 'well-being', informal, warm, and reasonable priced but without cutting back on the finest selection of quality ingredients. Ristorante Consorzio offers the atmosphere of an 'osteria', yet allowing space for the desire for experimentation of a restaurant. Opened in November 2008, Ristorante Consorzio has already obtained quite a bit of acclaim from both critics and the public. The menu at the restaurant is well rooted with produce from the Piemonte region, allowing for a truly traditional authentic meal in Turin.
