Let's take two classmates. One is a chef; the other is a sommelier, both with acquired work experience in restaurants. Let's add the wish to realize a dream in search of new stimuli. They are young people who made cookery the basis of their own lives. Then, let's add a little bit of brave, determination and brilliance as much as will suffice: That's the recipe of the Quanto Basta restaurant. The restaurant is located in the Quadrilatero Romano area, where the city reveals its familiar atmosphere, near to Piazza Castello and Porte Palatine, in front of MAO, the Museum of Oriental Art. It is a little restaurant offering its clients fresh, simple and seasonal food.
