About Florence cooking class in Florentine house

A guided tour of the local markets, full cooking lesson, meal and wine included in the heart of Florence city centre.
Approx: Half day

We will cook together with our Chef in a typical Florentine school. We will prepare regional dishes under the watchful eye of the expert Florentine Chef's control that will reveal you all the precious secrets of Italian cooking tradition including the ingredients, timings and wine coupling. We will select a typical Tuscan menu composed by appetizer, first course or second course with a side-dish and dessert. At the end of the lesson we will taste the dishes we prepared all together during a lovable lunch accompanied with appropriate wines.
