Pisa is famed worldwide for the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is the bell tower of the city's cathedral. Pisa contains over 20 other historic churches, several palaces and museums. This area, at the edge of the town centre, hosts an array of monuments, all architecturally exquisite.

Upon arrival in Pisa, there will be a guided walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli where you will see the well-known Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments. This is followed by a visit to the interior of the Cathedral, a masterpiece of Romanesque art that was constructed between the 11th and 12th centuries. You will have free time at your disposal.
