A full cooking class in a traditional Venetian kitchen
Approx: 5 hours
Our visit starts at Rialto Market, for a tour that will guide you with all your senses through the various stands of coloured vegetables, of picturesque fish, of fragrant breads... this is the heart of the city, still immersed in its tradition and culture. You will then have a short walk to reach the house where you will be welcomed to enter the kitchen and start working together with the Chef. While working together, he/she will tell you about Venetian Cuisine: local recipes, ingredients and methods. It's great fun for everybody, couples, children, and all the family... and at the end you will have lunch together, tasting what you will have prepared, accompanied with great local wine.
