Guided tour of the three most famous islands of Venice
Approx: 3 hours
Departing from Piazza San Marco on board our motorboat you will firstly head over to the Island of Murano, which lies around 1.5 km north of Venice in the Venetian Lagoon. You will spend about 40 minutes in Murano, where you will be able to watch the antique art of making glass for which the island is famous. You will then re-board the motorboat and head to the second stop of the Island of Burano, known for its lace making and colourful houses. You will spend 30 minutes in Burano before making you way onwards to the last part of this tour. A short journey will bring you the Island of Torcello, populated with around just 20 inhabitants and known for its old Cathedral and its atmosphere of remote Venetian past. You will spend 40 minutes in Torcello before heading back to Venice.
