Taste of Roma: When food meets excellence

Between 17th and 20th September, the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome will play host to Taste of Roma, a gastronomical event that celebrates gourmet food and flavours from around the world.

The festival attracts some of Italy’s best chefs and this year does not disappoint with Riccardo Di Giacinto, Cristina Bowerman, Andrea Fusco, Angelo Troiani, Daniele Usai, Francesco Apreda, Heinz Beck, Roy Caceres, Stefano Marzetti, Antonello Colonna, Giulio Terrinoni and Marco Martini all set to attend.

The chefs will prepare twelve dishes to represent a “world of tastes”, which is a nod to the multinational nature of this event, which is organised across five continents. It is sure that the dishes created in Rome will marry Italian cuisine with flavours from other countries to give unique dishes!
